放线菌H5菌株对农业上几种重要病原真菌生防作用初探

摘要:【目的】以农业上重要病原真菌-稻瘟病菌、枇杷炭疽病菌、玉米茎枯病菌、木霉、疫霉、疣孢霉等为指示菌,筛选出对其具有较强拮抗作用的放线菌,为生物防治提供可用的生防菌。【方法】采用平板对峙培养法和抑菌圈法测定放线菌H5的抑菌作用,并重点对其防治水稻穗瘟病进行初探。【结果】放线菌H5初步鉴定为链霉菌属,对峙培养试验结果表明放线菌H5对稻瘟病菌、玉米茎枯病菌、辣椒疫霉、大豆疫霉、疣孢霉、木霉、黑曲霉、黄曲霉、白色链孢霉具有不同程度的抑制作用,对稻穗瘟病的抑菌作用最强,抑菌圈直径达24.79 mm;其发酵液可抑制稻瘟病菌孢子的萌发和芽管的伸长,发酵6天的发酵液对盆栽水稻穗瘟病防治效果为61.31%,显示出良好的生防潜能。【结论】放线菌H5具有良好的生防潜能。

Primary bio-control of Actinomycetes H5 on important pathogenic fungi in agriculture
Abstract:[Objective] In order to provide available strains for bio-control, an actinomycetes H5 with stronger antagonism effect was selected, based on indicator bacteria such as Loquat colletotrichum orbiculare, Corn asparagi, Trichoderma spp, Phytophthora spp, Mycogone perniciosa Magn. [method] Plate confrontation culture method and inhibition zone method were used to detect the inhibition of actinomycetes strain H5 agaist agricultural deseases fungus, which maily focused on primary bio-control of H5 agaist rice blast. [Results] Actinomycetes H5 was preliminarily identified as Streptomyces. The results showed that actinomycetes H5 had some inhibition on Pyricularia grisea, Corn asparagi, Phytophthora capsici Leonian, Phytophthora megasperma, Mycogone perniciosa Magn, Trichoderma spp, Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus and Streptosporangium album by confrontation culture, specially on Pyricularia grisea, whose inhibition bacteria circle was 24.79 mm. Fermentation liquor of strain H5 was able to inhibit spore germination and sporoduct growth of Pyricularia grisea. Control efficiency of fermentation liquor fermented 6 days agaist rice blast was 61.31%. [Conclusion] Actinomycetes H5 has good potential of bio-control.
