合金元素Cr和V对Ti-45Al-8Nb合金定向凝固组织的影响

摘要:采用Bridgman方法对Ti-45Al-8Nb,Ti-45Al-8Nb-1.0Cr,Ti-45Al-8Nb-2.5V,Ti-45Al-8Nb-1.0Cr-2.5V 4个合金进行定向凝固实验,四个合金均得到片层取向与生长方向呈45 的单晶,结果表明Cr和V的复合添加有助于快速得到稳定的PST晶体。Cr和V对片层组织均有细化作用,其中Ti-45Al-8Nb-1.0Cr-2.5V平均片层间距仅为Ti-45Al-8Nb合金的53%。Cr和V偏聚于γ片层中,并促使α2相中Al含量的提高。合金元素的添加对合金的硬度产生不利影响。

EFFECT OF Cr AND V ADDITION ON THE DIRECTIONAL SOLIDIFITION MICROSTRUCTURE OF Ti-45Al-8Nb ALLOY
Abstract:In this paper,the directional solidification of Ti-45Al-8Nb,Ti-45Al-8Nb-1.0Cr,Ti-45Al-8Nb-2.5V and Ti-45Al-8Nb-1.0Cr-2.5V alloys were carried out through Bridgman method. The results shows that all of the four alloys obtained single crystal with the angle of lamellar orientation and growth direction being 45 , and the Ti-45Al-8Nb-1.0Cr-2.5V alloy obtains the single crystal fastest. Both Cr and V can refine the lamellar microstructure, and the average lamellar spacing of the Ti-45Al-8Nb-1.0Cr-2.5V alloy is only 53% of that of the Ti-45Al-8Nb alloy. Cr and V are only found in the γ lamellar and make the Al content of the α2 lamellar increase. The alloy elements addition are harmful to the hardness.
