心肌成纤维细胞促进心室重构作用的研究进展

摘要:心室重构是多种心血管疾病进行性发展的关键因素,主要表现为心肌细胞肥大和成纤维细胞介导的胶原沉积和间质纤维化。已有研究表明,在神经体液因素、细胞因子和机械刺激等因素的作用下,心肌成纤维细胞(cardiac fibroblasts,CFs)通过增殖、迁移、表型转化及分泌多种细胞因子等方式调控细胞外基质平衡,促进胶原沉积和心肌纤维化参与心室重构。本文综述心血管疾病中CFs促进心室重构发生发展的作用及其相关分子机制。

Research progress of pathological cardiac remodeling :role of cardiac fibroblasts
Abstract:Cardiac remodeling is closely related to cardiovascular diseases which is characterized by cardiac hypertrophy, fibroblast-mediated collagen deposition and interstitial fibrosis. Cardiac fibroblasts play a key role in the adverse myocardial remodeling responsing to proinflammatory cytokines(eg. TNF-α,TGF-β), vasoactive peptides (eg. angiotensin II, endothelin-1), hormones (e.g.noradrenaline) and mechanical strech. Cardiac fibroblasts response to such stimuli include changes in cell proliferation, migration, differentiation and secrete growth factors and cytokines. In this review, we provide insight into the role of cardiac fibroblasts in pathological myocardial remodeling and potential molecules mechanism.
