摘要:二氧化碳是一种储量丰富、廉价易得、无毒、可再生的碳一资源,使用二氧化碳和邻二醇为原料合成有机碳酸酯可以循环利用碳酸二甲酯(DMC)生产过程中产生的邻二醇,同时可以简化反应的后处理过程。本文综述了邻二醇和二氧化碳反应合成环状碳酸酯的研究进展,同时详尽讨论了不同催化体系的反应机理。

Advances in Cyclic Carbonate Synthesis from 1,2-Diol and Carbon Dioxide
Abstract:Carbon dioxide is a readily available C1 resource with many advantages such as abundant, nontoxic, nonflammable, renewable and so on. Synthesis of organic carbonates starting from carbon dioxide and 1,2-diol can bring many advantages, such as reusing the byproduct generated in the industrial dimethyl carbonate (DMC) process and simplifying the subsequent purification process. In this paper, synthetic method and reaction mechanism of cyclic carbonate (EC, PC and glycerol carbonate) starting from respective 1,2,-diol (glycol, propylene glycol or glycerol) and carbon dioxide have been detailly discussed.
