摘要:神经调节蛋白(neuregulins, NRGs)是一类表皮生长因子家族成员,NRG1在神经元、胶质细胞的生长发育、迁移中起着关键作用。NRG1也表达于成熟的中枢神经系统中,但是其功能尚不十分清楚,本实验采用体外原代星形胶质细胞发现给予NRG1后,可以明显促进胶质细胞的增殖,这可能是其在成熟中枢神经系统某些病理生理过程中参与星形胶质细胞激活的机制。

The effect of neuregulins on the proliferation of astrocyte in vitro
Abstract:Neuregulins are a family of four structurally related proteins that are part of the EGF family of proteins. Neuregulins1 mediate the development and movement for both neuron and astrocyte. Neuregulin1 also express in mature central nerve system. However, it's function in mature central nerve system is not clear by now. Here in this study, by testing on cultured astrocyte in vitro, we found that neuregulin1 could promote the proliferation of astrocyte. That would be the mechanism why neuregulin take part in the activation of astrocyte during some histopathological situation. Neuregulin1, astrocyte, proliferation
