摘要:神经病理性痛是临床上常见的难治性疼痛之一,发病机制复杂,我们前期的研究及别人的研究均证实神经调节蛋白1参与了慢性神经病理性痛的发展,然而其对星形胶质细胞的激活影响目前尚不清楚,本研究通过在体给以外源性的NRG1发现,不仅可以产生痛样行为学变化,而且可以促进星形胶质细胞的激活。

neuregulin1 contribute activiation of astrocyte
Abstract:INeuropathic pain is a chronic pain state that usually is difficult to cure. The mechanism is complex. Both other researchers and our own previous study revealed that NRG1 contribute development of neuropathic pain. Howerver, whether NRG1 mediated astrocyte activation is not clear. In this study found that exogenous NRG1 could mediate neuropathic pain like behavior by intrathecal injection. Furthermore, astrocyte could be activated by exogenous NRG1.
