浸渍方法对CoMoS活性相结构及催化加氢脱硫性能的影响

摘要:采用过渡金属含硫盐低温转化法构建过渡金属硫化物活性相,考察了活性组分Co和Mo的浸渍顺序对催化剂活性相微观结构及其加氢脱硫性能的影响。结果表明,浸渍顺序能够影响活性相的结构和尺寸,采用共浸渍法制备的硫化型CoMo催化剂表面活性相分散更均一,颗粒更小,具有最优的加氢脱硫活性和选择性。同时,证实催化剂表面Co-Mo-S活性相的角位为加氢脱硫活性位,而边位为氢解脱硫活性位。

Effect of impregnation method on CoMoS active phase structure and hydrodesulfurization performance
Abstract:In this paper, a series of presulfided CoMo catalysts were prepared by the thermal decomposition of the transition metal salt of the active components to investigate the effect of the active components impregnation sequence on the active phase structure and hydrodesulfurization (HDS) performance of the catalyst. It was found that the impregnation sequence could strongly affect the microstructure of the active phase and the catalyst obtained by the co-impregnation method showed lower slab lengths and predominant slabs of MoS2 particles, and thus showed higher HDS activity and selectivity. It also further confirmed that the corner site of Co-Mo-S phase was the active site for hydrogenation reaction, whereas the edge site for the hydrogenolysis reaction.
