植物种子含油量测定:方法与进展

摘要:植物种子含油量是重要品质指标;提高种子含油量是油料作物改良的主要育种目标。含油量测定方法,主要有索氏提取法、核磁共振法(NMR)和近红外光谱分析法(NIRS)等。其中,索氏提取法是经典的测定方法,测定结果准确性高,但操作繁琐、耗时长,并且需要破坏籽粒;核磁共振法和近红外光谱分析法测定油份,需要应用索氏抽提法的测量结果建立标准曲线,可以无损检测,简单、快速、安全无毒。实际工作中,可根据需要选择相应方法。

Plant seed oil content determination: methods and progress
Abstract:As one of index for evaluation of seed quality in plants, seed oil content has been becoming the important trait for genetic improvement of oil crops. Seed oil content was measured mainly in three ways: Soxhlet extraction, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and near-infrared spectroscopy. These methods have their advantages as well as application principles. The classic method, Soxhlet extraction method, has high accuracy in determine oil content. But its operation is cumbersome and time consuming, and accompanied with the shortcoming of the destruction of grain. Nuclear magnetic resonance analysis method (NMR) and near infrared spectral analysis method (NIRS) are simple and fast, with safe, non-toxic and does not destroy the grain when oil content were determined, and the measurement based on the standard curve using the results of the Soxhlet extraction method. Normally the appropriate method should be selected based on different demands in oil content determination.
