千层纸素抑制斑马鱼脊索旁血管形成

摘要:目的 初步筛选几种对于血管新生起到抑制作用的中药,为后续试验提供准备。方法 采用血管荧光标记的转基因斑马鱼胚胎作为模型,在胚胎发育至12小时时给与药物,药物持续作用的时间为12小时或者36小时。在荧光显微镜下观察在胚胎发育至48小时、72小时时,斑马鱼主要血管形态学差异。结果 总共进行筛选中药提取物32种。其中,千层纸素对于斑马鱼脊索旁血管的发生具有抑制作用。

Inhibition of Orxylin on zebrafish parachordal vessels angiogenesis
Abstract:In this paper we describe the inhibition of Orxylin on zebrafish parachordal vessels angiogenesis.Objective To screen the traditional Chinese medicine that would inhibit angiogenesis for the preparation of further investigation. Methods Using vascular fluorescent transgenic zebrafish embryos as model, with administration of drug at 12 hpf lasting for 12h or 36h, the effects on zebrafish angiogenesis were observed at 48 hpf and 72 hpf. Result 32kinds of Chinese traditional medicine had been screened. Among those, Oroxylin has an inhibition on the parachordal vessels angiogenesis.
