基于ANSYS Workbench的新型钻机夹持器的设计与优化

摘要:分析了传统液压夹持器的结构特点,对液压夹持器进行了结构优化设计,进行了液压夹持器的夹持能力设计计算,完成了基于ANSYS Workbench下的液压夹持器开启状态静态特性分析。分析结果表明,活塞、燕尾在承受高压时应力值较大,提出了改善夹持器应力集中的方案,改善了夹持器的应力分布情况,提高了夹持器的使用性能。

Design and optimization of a New Type Drill-holder Based on ANSYS Workbench
Abstract:Through the analysis of structural characteristics of normally closed holder, a new design for the structural of the hydraulic holder was finished. The design calculation of the holding ability of the clamp was given, Stress and strain of the Drill-holder were analyzed based on ANSYS Workbench. The results show that the stress of the piston and dovetail slot structure is bigger. New solution of decreasing the stress concentration was proposed, which helps to improve the performance of holder.
