沙柳液化预处理技术的研究

摘要:为了使沙柳木材多元醇液化效果更好,利用微波处理和化学预处理对沙柳木粉进行复合预处理,复合预处理能够相互促进、彼此强化,使预处理的效果更好。本文研究了不同类型、不同浓度、不同预处理时间对预处理效果的影响,结果表明:用1% H2SO4溶液微波酸处理,在功率为640 W的微波干燥器中处理7 min,可使沙柳木粉在液比为2、液化温度170 ℃、3%的催化剂作用下,30 min内几乎完全液化。

Study on the Pretreatment Technology of Salix Liquefaction
Abstract:IIn order to improve the effect of liquefaction, the use of microwave processing and chemical pretreatment Salix wood flour, composite pretreatment can promote each other, strengthen the effect of pretreatment with each other. By studying the different types, different concentrations, different line pretreatment time of pretreatment results found, 640W power microwave dryer, microwave acid treatment with 1% H2SO4 solution processing 7min, can make of Salix wood flour in liquid ratio of 2, liquefaction temperature of 170 C, 3% of the catalyst, 30min almost completely liquefied.
