基于ANSYS的徐变效应分析

摘要:本文运用ANSYS建立三维空间实体模型,分析其徐变作用。并简单模拟了中跨底板纵向裂缝对长期变形的影响。发现中跨纵向裂缝本身对连续刚构桥的下挠影响并不大,但是其改变了截面的受力状态,使腹板开裂风险增大,从而降低了结构刚度。当刚度折减10%时,分析显示,徐变十年后,顶板最大位移值较初始设计增大27%。

The Analysis of Creep Effect with ANSYS Software
Abstract:A three-dimensional entity model is established in order to analyse its creep effect.And the impact of longitudinal cracks of the bottom of mid-span on the long-term deformation is briefly simulated with ANSYS software. That longitudinal cracks of mid-span itself makes small deflection effect to continuous rigid frame bridge, but it changes the stress state of the bridge's section, increases the risk of web cracking and further reduces the stiffness of structure. While making a 10% reduction to structural stiffness, the maximum roof displacement value increases to 27% when compared with the initial design after 10 years of creep.
