水热法制备LiFePO4的包覆改性及其电化学性能

摘要:本文通过水热法制备LiFePO4粉体,分别使用蔗糖、聚乙烯醇(PVA)及沥青进行碳包覆,并使用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和对材料的充放电测试分析了不同碳源包覆对产物的晶体结构、微观形貌以及电化学性能的影响。通过XRD分析,不同碳源包覆后所得产物均呈纯磷酸铁锂相。充放电测试结果表明由沥青进行碳包覆的LiFePO4/C复合材料具有更高的放电容量、较好的可逆性和倍率性能。0.1C的首次放电比容量达到157.61 mAh/g,即使在10C倍率下其放电比容量仍可达到99.15 mAh/g。

Carbon coating and electrochemical performance of lithium iron phosphate synthesized by hydrothermal method
Abstract:In this paper, LiFePO4 powder synthesized by hydrothermal method has been carbon coated by sucrose, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and pitch. Then analyze the impacts on the crystal structure, microstructure and electrochemical performance by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the charge and discharge test of material. XRD result show that materials coated by different carbon sources present pure lithium iron phosphate phase. The results of the charge and discharge test indicate LiFePO4/C synthesized with pitch exhibit higher discharge capacity, better reversibility and rate capability. The first discharge capacity has reached 157.61 mAh/g at 0.1C rate. Even at 10C rate, the discharge capacity can remain 99.15 mAh/g.
