国内外建筑物生命周期碳排放度量进展

摘要:作为社会碳排放总量的重要组成部分,建筑物生命周期碳排放的度量是其降低和交易的基础。本文从度量阶段、度量方法、度量工具等三个方面,引介国内外建筑物生命周期碳排放度量研究现状。研究发现:国内外学者大多将建筑物生命周期划分为材料生产、建造施工、使用维护、拆除等四个阶段;度量方法比较多,其中碳排放系数法应用最广;度量建筑物生命周期碳排放的专用工具较少,但国内外绿色建筑评价体系大多将碳排放作为一个重要因素。进而,展望进一步的研究方向,包括统一度量边界、融合BIM技术等。

Progress of Evaluating the Life-Cycle Carbon Emission of Buildings at Home and Abroad
Abstract:The life-cycle carbon emissions of buildings are important elements of the total carbon emission in the world. Evaluating the life-cycle carbon emission of buildings is the base of its decrease and transaction. This paper introduces the research status of evaluating the life-cycle carbon emission of buildings at home and abroad, from the aspects of evaluating stages, evaluating methods and evaluating tools. The main findings include: the life cycle of a building is usually divided into four stages, e.g. material production, construction, operation and demolition; there are many evaluating methods, while the emissions coefficient method is widely adopted; although there are few special tools for evaluating the life-cycle carbon emission of buildings, many green building evaluation systems at home and abroad treat carbon emission as one important component. Furthermore, future research directions are proposed, like unifying the evaluation boundaries and combining Building Information Modelling (BIM) technologies.
