低温下不同填充方式A/O型BAF工艺特性对比分析

摘要:为解决污水处理中的脱氮问题,本试验采用部分填充A/O型BAF工艺(A柱)和完全填充A/O型BAF工艺(B柱)同时对生活污水进行处理,并对比两种工艺对COD、NH3-N、TN的去除效果。通过实验得出:在运行温度为14 ℃,进水COD、NH3-N、TN的平均值分别为200 mg/L、35 mg/L、40 mg/L时,A、B柱对COD的最大去除率分别为69.67%、81.79%,对NH3-N和TN的最大去除率分别为57.55%、64.14%和39.53%、51.21%。因此,在低温下安全填充方式对有机物的降解及脱氮的效果比部分填充方式更好。因为,完全填充式滤料多,有利于微生物附着,微生物的氧化作用更强。同时还得出,反冲洗后两工艺对COD的去除率呈先升高后降低最后再升高的趋势。因为,装置内滞留的反冲洗水会导致COD去除率瞬间升高后逐渐降低,再随着生物膜的修复得以缓慢升高。

Analysis on Different Filled A/O BAF Process Characteristics at Low Temperature
Abstract:To solve the problem of nitrogen in wastewater treatment, a partially filled A/O BAF technology (Column A) and a completely filled A/O BAF technology (Column B) were used for processing sewage in the test for comparing the COD、NH3-N、TN removal efficiency in the two processes. Results showed that the average COD、NH3-N、TN concentration of the influent were 200 mg/L、35 mg/L、40 mg/L, respectively. The largest removal rate of COD for column A and B were 69.67% and 81.79%. Removal rate of NH3-N and TN were 57.55%, 64.14% for column A and 39.53%, 51.21% for column B. This might be caused by more filter medium in the column B. So, a device of microbial oxidation of column B was stronger than column A. A decreasing followed by an increasing of COD remval could be observed at the beginning and the decreasing after backwashing, which accounts for the retention of backwash water in the column. This would result in higher COD removal instantly after gradually reduce, as biofilm restoration slowly rise again.
