氮磷钾对玉米籽粒淀粉含量影响及测定方法比较

摘要:淀粉含量是玉米籽粒品质的重要指标。为了进一步明确氮磷钾对玉米籽粒中淀粉含量的影响,我们选用主栽品种郑单958采用"3414"设计安排田间试验。选用碱水解淀粉-硫酸蒽酮比色法,高氯酸水解淀粉-硫酸蒽酮比色法,双波长-碘试剂比色法和近红外谷物品质分析仪等四种方法对成熟的玉米籽粒测定粗淀粉含量。研究结果表明3种比色法测定的结果相近,相关达显著或极显著水平,表明方法可靠;而近红外仪器法测定结果与比色法不同甚至相反,该方法不适合用于栽培学研究。比色法的结果证明,氮素和钾素对玉米籽粒淀粉含量影响可以用反抛物线描述,而磷素的效应可以用抛物线描述。

The effects of N P K on corn grain starch content and the comparison of four methods.
Abstract:Starch content is an important index of grain quality of Maize. In order to clarify the effect of N P and K on starch content of maize grain, a field test with varieties Zhengdan 958 and 3414 design was carried out at Harbin. Four kinds of rapid methods (the alkaline hydrolysis of starch- anthrone sulfuric acid method, Perchloric acid hydrolyze of starch - anthrone sulfuric acid method, Dual wavelength- iodine reagent colorimetric method and the Near infrared grain quality analyzer) were selected to determinate starch content of maize grain. The results showed that the results among 3 kinds of colorimetric methods were similar, and reached significant or extremely significant correlation, and prove that these methods are reliable. The result of NIRS method is not consistent with others of colorimetric methods, even opposite, it showed that NIRS method is not suitable for the cultivation research. The results of colorimetric method proved that the effects of N or K on maize grain starch content can be described by the inverse parabola, and the effect of P by parabola.
