PCBN刀具车削镍基高温合金GH4169再生颤振仿真与试验综合研究

摘要:针对PCBN刀具车削镍基高温合金GH4169时加工颤振对加工效率和质量的影响,提出了一种根据切削参数有效判定切削状态的方法。在二自由度再生型外圆车削颤振模型的基础上,通过锤击法对某型号数控机床的刀具系统进行模态试验,得到了其模态参数,随后利用MATLAB/Simulink平台搭建了二自由度再生型外圆车削颤振模型并进行数值仿真,根据仿真结果预测出了稳定极限切削深度并判定出颤振的主振方向。随后利用PCBN刀具进行了切时变切深试验,验证了仿真结果的正确性。所建立的仿真模型对于镍基高温合金GH4169车削颤振的预测及工艺参数优选研究具有一定参考意义。

Simulation and Experimental Research on the Cylindrical Turning Tegenerative Chatter of Nickel-based Superalloy GH4169 with PCBN Tool
Abstract:Contraposed the impacts of the cutting process efficiency and quality in the turning of nickel-based superalloy GH4169. A method for valid judgment of cutting condition which is according to the cutting parameter was presented in this paper. At the same time the turning modal parameter were obtained in the experiment which was based on the two-degree-freedom of regenerating turning flutter model .and the model parameter were built by hammering experiment for a certain type of CNC machine tool system, and then, the MATLAB/Simulink platform also had been used to simulate the process of cutting .According to the data results of simulations, the stable limit cutting depth can be predicted and the direction of main vibration of the flutter can be determined. At last, we did the cutting test with PCBN Tool and verify the simulating result. To sum up, the simulating model has certain references in the prediction for the nickel-based superalloy GH4169 in the process of turning flutter and the study on the optimization of cutting process.
