壳聚糖膜的制备及性能测定

摘要:以醋酸(HAc)为溶剂溶解原料壳聚糖(黏均分子量117万),流延烘干,经氢氧化钠(NaOH)溶液浸泡,洗涤干燥制得壳聚糖膜。详细考察了HAc浓度、原料浓度、NaOH浓度、碱液浸泡时间、增塑剂用量等因素对膜拉伸性能的影响。确定了最佳反应条件,即HAc浓度3%,原料浓度1.5%,NaOH浓度6%,碱液浸泡时间3 h,甘油加入量8%。在此条件下,壳聚糖膜的拉伸强度为88.74 Mpa,断裂伸长率14.3%。

The Preparation of Chitosan Membranes and its Basic Properties
Abstract:We took HAc as the solvent to dissolve chitosan (molecular weight=1.17×106 ), then casted and dried the solution in the glass culture dish, which was soaked in the NaOH solution later. We washed and dried the wet film to obtain the dry film. The effects of factors were examined, such as concentration of HAc, chitosan concentration, NaOH concentration, soaking time, and amount of glycerol. The obtained optimum conditions were 3% HAc, 1.5% chitosan, 6% NaOH, soaking time 3 h, amount of glycerol 8%. Under the above conditions, the tensile strength of chitosan membrane was 88.74 MPa and the elongation at break was 14.3%.
