PP-St-DVB纤维的氯甲基化与胺化反应研究

摘要:首次通过三甲基氯硅烷(TMCS)在PP-ST-DVB纤维上的氯甲基化及胺化反应制得一种强碱离子交换纤维新材料,通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)与元素分析等手段对各步产物结构与功能基含量进行了分析、表征,并重点考察各种因素对氯甲基化反应的影响。氯甲基化PP-ST-DVB纤维中的氯含量可达12.62%,经胺化所得强碱性离子交换纤维的交换容量达2.7mmol/g。这种强碱性离子交换纤维的绿色合成工艺具有反应温和及环境友好的优点。

The Study of Chloromethylation and Amination Reaction of PP-ST-DVB fiber
Abstract:A novel strong basic anion exchange fiber was firstly prepared by chloromethylation using trimethylchlorosilane(TMCS) as the chloromethylation reagent and subsequent amination reaction in the PP-ST-DVB fiber. The chemical structure and content of function group of the resulting fibers were characterized by FT-IR, SEM and elemental analysis. The result showed that the chlorine content and exchange capacity of CMPP-ST-DVB and QAPP-ST-DVB fiber were up to 12.62% and 2.7mmol/g,respectively. The effects of various factors on the chloromethylation reaction were examined. The novel synthetic route of strongly basic anion exchange fiber could avoid the using of chloromethyl methyl ether, and have a fine application prospect.
