基于产形线切齿法的球面渐开线螺旋锥齿轮几何关系计算及建模

摘要:应用产形线切齿法切削加工的螺旋锥齿轮,避免了传统螺旋锥齿轮加工理论中以背锥上的锥面渐开线代替球面渐开线所产生的原理误差,能够获得具有球面渐开线齿廓的螺旋锥齿轮齿面。本文针对这一加工方法所形成的新型球面渐开线螺旋锥齿轮进行了分析,计算了齿轮的几何参数并提出了建模的方法。文中以球面渐开线的生成原理为依据,推算了基锥与球面大圆平面间参数的几何关系,并运用坐标变换得出所需的齿廓方程,在此基础上建立了三维模型。这些参数公式及齿轮模型为新型球面渐开线螺旋锥齿轮进行接触区分析等研究内容奠定了基础。

Geometry calculation and modeling of spherical involute spiral bevel gears cutting on the tracing line
Abstract:The spiral bevel gears manufactured by generating line method can avoid the errors caused by using the planer involute tooth profile on the back cone to replace the spherical involute tooth profile. Application of this theory can obtained the spiral bevel gear with spherical involute tooth profile. Based on the method, geometry calculation and modeling of spherical involute spiral bevel gears were proposed. The formulas which describe the geometric relationships of base cone and the great circular plane of the fundamental sphere were derived, and the tooth profile equation also be derived by coordinate transformation. Using these geometric formulas the model of spiral bevel gear can be built rapidly based on CATIA. This study indicates that these geometric formulas are useful and using them to build models of spiral bevel gears is efficient.
