体外研究金属离子对血清PON活性的影响

摘要:目的 研究多种金属离子对血清对氧磷酶PON活性的作用规律。方法 采用化学发光法,以吖啶酯衍生物为底物,测定了10种不同金属离子Ca2+、Mg2+、Li+、Na+、K+、Fe3+、Al3+、Cu2+、Pb2+、Zn2+等在体内浓度下及随浓度变化对血清PON活性的作用。结果 Ca2+、Mg2+、Li+、Na+、K+、Fe3+、Zn2+等金属离子为血清PON激动剂,Al3+、Cu2+、Pb2+等金属离子为血清PON抑制剂。主族金属离子激动作用大小为Ca2+> Mg2+> K+> Na+>Li+。结论 主族金属离子对血清PON活性的影响是由浓度、离子半径及电荷共同作用的,而一些重金属离子影响血清PON活性的因素尚不清楚。

Effect of metal ions on serum PON activity by in-vitro studies
Abstract:Objective To study the effect of metal ions on serum PON activity. Methods By using a chemiluminescence method, effect of Ca2+, Mg2+, Li+, Na+, K+, Fe3+, Al3+, Cu2+, Pb2+ and Zn2+ on serum PON activity was determined. Results The Ca2+, Mg2+, Li+, Na+, K+, Fe3+ and Zn2+ showed activation on serum PON, and Al3+, Cu2+, Pb2+ showed inhibition serum PON activity. The effects of main group metal ions ranked in the order: Ca2+> Mg2+> K+> Na+>Li+. Conclusion For the main group metal ions, activating effects on serum PON activity were dependent of concentration, ion radius and charge, while some heavy metal ions effect on serum PON activity is not clear.
