不同航路运行方式的纵向安全间隔评估

摘要:我国开始对繁忙航路采取单向运行方式 ,而目前对于这种运行方式的间隔理论还不成熟。为了明确单向航路的运行间隔以及对应的碰撞风险,进行了基于速度分布的概率论算法研究。本文考虑了导航定位容差对航路安全间隔的影响,提出了相邻三架飞机的碰撞风险算法。通过建立飞机上升下降穿越相邻高度层的冲突风险模型,经理论推导及MATLAB仿真,分别求得单向航路及混合航路的运行方式下,保障航路穿越安全的运行间隔以及航路容量,并运用该模型求出相邻三架飞机的冲突风险。结果表明,相同的碰撞风险下,单向航路的安全间隔更小,即在同一航段内,单向运行具有更大的航路容量。

The Evaluation of Longitudinal Safety Interval of Different Route Operation
Abstract:China has begun to take the one-way route mode on the busy route. While the current interval theory for this operation mode is not mature. In order to determine the operation interval of one-way route and the corresponding collision risk, a probability algorithm based on the velocity distribution is studied in the paper. The influence of navigation and positioning tolerance to route safety interval is considered and put forward the collision risk algorithm of three adjacent aircrafts. By establishing the conflict risk model when aircraft ascending and descending through the adjacent flight level, the operation interval and route capacity ensuring the route crossing safety is obtained under the operation mode of one-way route and hybrid route with theoretical derivation and simulation by MATLAB, in the meantime, obtain the collision risk of three adjacent aircrafts. The result shows that under the same collision risk, the safety interval of one-way route is smaller, and one-way operation owns greater route capacity even in the same sector.
