地质储存CO2泄漏对玉米生理生化性状的影响

摘要:二氧化碳地质储存技术能够有效减少温室气体排放量,然而储存在地下的CO2有泄漏的风险,可能会影响泄漏点附近的生态环境。为了研究高浓度CO2泄漏至地表对植物的影响,对CO2地质储存风险评估提供理论依据,本文对比研究了不同浓度二氧化碳泄露条件下对植物生理生态指标的影响。研究结果表明:在 CO2浓度为5%时玉米的叶绿素a、叶绿素b含量开始降低。各个CO2浓度区丙二醛和可溶性糖含量较对照区相比升高,过氧化氢酶CAT活性、过氧化物酶POD活性、超氧化歧化酶SOD活性则在5%CO2浓度达到最小值,继而随着CO2浓度的升高酶活性有增加的趋势。本研究为评估CO2地质储存的风险提供了基础资料。?????

Changes in physiological and biochemical traits in corn after CO2 stored underground leaking to the plow layer
Abstract: Research has shown that geological storage of CO2 has the potential to be an effective and safe way to rapidly reduce anthropogenic CO2 emissions .While the stored CO2 in underground has the risk of leakage, and it will affect the ecology environment around the leakage points .The purpose of this paper is to research the effect of elevated concentration of CO2 to corn and provide a theoretical basis for risk assessment of geological storage of CO2. The research shows that chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b begin to remit at 5% CO2 leakage scenarios. While malondialdehyde(MDA) and soluble sugar content are higher compared with the control area. Activities of catalase(CAT), peroxidase(POD), super oxide dismutase (SOD)are less than normal, and they achieve the minimum at 5%CO2 situation.With the increase of CO2 concentration ,the enzyme activity has a tendency to increase. The study makes a contribution to assess the risks of geological storage of CO2.?????
