碲化铋纳米花的溶剂热合成及其热电性质研究

摘要:本文以抗坏血酸为还原剂,采用简便易操作的溶剂热法合成了具有花状结构的碲化铋纳米热电材料。借助X射线衍射 (XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜 (FE-SEM)、透射电子显微镜 (TEM) 等技术研究了产物的组成、结构及微观形貌。并采用放电等离子体烧结 (SPS) 将获得的纳米材料制备成块体测试材料,研究其热电性质。

Facile synthesis and thermoelectric properties of Bismuth telluride nanoflowers
Abstract:Bismuth telluride nanoflowers have been successfully synthesized via a solvothermal process, employing ascorbic acid as reducing agent.The structure、morphology and size of the products were investigated by XRD、SEM and TEM. The thermoelectric (TE) properties were obtained for the SPS sintered bulk sample.
