摘要:基于OpenGL建立了林木联合采育机的多自由度液压采伐臂和车体的三维动态虚拟模型,进行了液压采伐臂运动的参数化仿真与作业同步动态虚拟显示。给出了使用OpenGL的对采伐场景和多自由度液压采伐臂等进行虚拟建模的方法,完成了液压采伐臂抓取运动的动态仿真实验。实验结果表明,该三维动态虚拟模型可以实现对林木联合采育机上液压采伐臂作业任务的虚拟测试。

Virtual Simulation of Multi-DOF Hydraulic Logging-harvesting Manipulator Based on OpenGL
Abstract:3D dynamic virtual model of logging harvester with multi-DOF hydraulic logging-harvesting manipulator and carbody is established by OpenGL, and the operation tasks of hydraulic logging-harvesting manipulator are synchronous dynamically displayed. Virtual modeling method on logging-harvesting sence and multi-DOF hydraulic logging-harvesting manipulator by OpenGL are given, and a dynamic simulation experiment of hydraulic logging-harvesting manipulator on grasping action is accomplished. The experiment result shows that 3D dynamic virtual model can realize the virtual test for the hydraulic manipulator of logging harvester.
