响应面法优化复序橐吾多酚的提取工艺

摘要:以复序橐吾为材料,采用中心组合设计以及应用SAS软件和响应面分析相结合的方法,研究乙醇浓度、超声时间、液固比及其交互作用对多酚提取率的影响。结果表明:复序橐吾中多酚的最佳提取条件:乙醇体积分数41.6%、液固比228.3mL/g、提取时间26.7min,在此条件下,复序橐吾中多酚得率达4.48%。

Optimization of Extraction Process for Polyphenols from Ligularia jaluensis by Response Surface Methodology
Abstract:Using central composite design method and application of SAS software and the combination of response surface analysis method, this experimental using Ligularia Jaluensis as materials study the interaction effects of the ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time and liquid-solid ratio on total polyphenols extraction yield. The results show that the optimal levels of liquid-to-material ratio, extraction time and temperature were determined to be 228.3mL/g, 26.7 min and 41.6℃. Under such conditions, the extraction yield of total polyphenols was 4.48%.
