齿轮转速与齿面摩擦系数对齿轮弯曲疲劳影响的研究

摘要:本文以卷板机的第二级齿轮传动为例,针对齿轮传动中动载荷引起的齿轮失效问题,分析了转速和齿面摩擦系数对齿根受拉侧应力应变的影响;研究了齿根应力应变对齿根裂纹萌生寿命和裂纹扩展寿命的影响,并分析了不同转速和齿面摩擦系数对齿轮齿根弯曲应力-应变的作用效果,得出了卷板机在工作的低速段,齿面摩擦系数变化对弯曲疲劳的影响大于转速变化的影响等结论。

A Study on influence of Rotation Speed and Teeth Surface Sliding Friction Coefficient on Gear Bending Fatigue
Abstract:In this paper,for the gear failure problem by dynamic load in gear drives,the influence of rotation speed and teeth surface sliding friction coefficient on stress and strain of root tensile side are analysed and the influence of stress and strain of tooth root on crack initialization life and propagation life of tooth root are researched by taking the second-stage gear drive of bending machine for instance.And the effective of different rotation speed and teeth surface sliding friction coefficient on bending stress-strain of tooth root are analysed,results show that teeth surface sliding friction coefficient has greater impct on bending fatigue life of tooth root compared with rotation speed when bending machine is in the low-speed range.
