闪爆对秸秆组分的解聚作用

摘要:纤维素、半纤维素和木质素是秸秆的主要成分,且分别在造纸、食品和化工原料等方面有重要作用。本文采用蒸汽闪爆预处理辅助分离稻秸秆中的这三种物质,处理条件为0.9,1.2,1.6和2.0MPa,维压时间270s,并对闪爆前后秸秆的化学组成和纤维形态的变化进行分析。结果表明,闪爆预处理可使半纤维素的含量大幅度降低,纤维素含量相对增加,且随着闪爆压力的增大,残渣中半纤维素和木质素的含量降低的越多,纤维的细化程度越大。与原料相比闪爆之后纤维的结晶度增大,但从红外光谱图中可知其大分子结构并没有发生变化,这说明这种预方法对分离提取纤维素、半纤维素和木质素有重要意义。

Effect of steam flash-explosion pretreatment on depolymerization of straw
Abstract:Cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin are the main component of rice straw, and play an important role in papermaking, food and chemical industry. Steam flash-explosion was employed to cellulose from rice straw. The steam flash-explosion treatment was performed at a steam pressure of 0.9,1.2,1.6 and 2.0 MPa for 270s, respectivel, and then the chemical constitute and fiber conformation before and after steam flash-explosion pretreatment were analyzed. The results showed that after steam flash-explosion pretreatment the hemicellulose content was significantly reduced, which led to the increase of cellulose content. In addition, the higher the steam flash-explosion pressure, the lower the hemicellulose and lignin content, the greater the degree of fiber refinement. Though after pretreatment the degree of crystallinity was increased, the macromolecular structure has not changed. All the results show that steam flash-explosion treatment is important in extraction and separation of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin.
