纯PcBN材料微结构表征及cBN聚结机理分析

摘要:本文主要对在较佳合成工艺条件:合成压力8~9GPa,烧结温度1700℃左右,烧结时间4~6 min,粒度10μm,高压合成的最佳力学性能的纯PcBN样品进行了表征,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射技术观察分析了纯PcBN样品中cBN-cBN结合的方式,探讨了纯PcBN样品中cBN-cBN结合机理。

Abstract:This paper mainly on the better synthetic process conditions: 8 ~ 9 Gpa synthesis pressure, sintering temperature of 1500 ~ 1700, the sintering time is 4 ~ 6 min, size 10 microns, the best mechanics performance of the high pressure synthesis of the characterization, pure PcBN samples by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction technology analyzes the cBN- cBN combination of pure PcBN samples, discusses the pure PcBN samples cBN- cBN combination mechanism.
