斜率型微带带通滤波器设计

摘要:工作于微波频段的宽带放大器会存在高频衰减效应,造成放大器设计难度增大。本文提出一种斜率型微带带通滤波器,通过将此滤波器级联在宽带放大器输出端并对输出信号进行补偿来解决此问题。文章中,详细论述了依据切比雪夫滤波器设计原理与平行耦合带通滤波器构成原理及其数学模型,进行斜率型微带平行耦合带通滤波器的设计过程,以及利用优化算法对滤波器参数进行优化的过程。本文利用ADS软件设计了一款通带为9GHz~10GHz的斜率型微带带通滤波器,经原理图与版图仿真表明,本文所设计的滤波器可以满足设计指标的要求。

Design of Slope Microstrip Bandpass Filter
Abstract:The broadband amplifier working in microwave broadband has high frequency attenuation effects which is increasing difficult to design an amplifier. In this paper, a slope bandpass filter is proposed. This filter is cascaded at the output terminal of the broadband amplifier to compensate the output signal. According to the design principle of chebyshev filter and the principle and mathematical modeling of the microstrip parallel coupled bandpass filter combined with optimization algorithms, a design method of slope microstrip filter is given in detail. In this paper, a slope microstrip bandpass filter, whose passband is 9GHz to 10GHz, is designed on ADS. The schematic simulation result and layout simulation result show that the proposed filter can be ultilized to satisfy the desired goals.
