摘要:microRNA作为内源性非编码单链小RNA调控基因的表达,并且参与细胞增殖、生长、凋亡等生物过程。microRNA的表达异常与包括肿瘤在内的众多复杂疾病有着密不可分的联系。近来,研究证据显示microRNA上的单核苷酸多态性以及miRNA靶基因结合部位的单核苷酸多态性与肿瘤的发生发展有显著关联,并且有些SNP能够影响肿瘤药物治疗的疗效以及临床预后。本文旨在结合这些研究,进一步讨论microRNA相关的单核苷酸多态性在肿瘤疾病中诊断治疗的临床意义。

Association of microRNA related single nucleotide polymorphisms with cancer
Abstract:MicroRNAs are are a class of RNAs that regulate gene expression and control many biological pathways such as cell growth, differentiation and apoptosis. Deregulation of microRNA expression could result in a myriad of diseases including cancer. Recently, several reports have indicated that microRNA related single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) associate with cancer risk, treatment response and outcome. In this review we will describe these findings and discuss the possible future of utilizing these SNPs as diagnostic and prognostic markers in the clinic.
