中航工业碳排放特点及减排潜力分析

摘要:为应对全国性碳排放交易市场建设,从产业和工序环节的角度梳理了中航工业碳排放特点,从碳总量和碳强度两个角度对中航工业碳减排潜力开展研究。机械制造业在中航工业碳排放总量中占比大,碳强度高于行业标准,减排潜力在42.04%~61.36%。各生产工序中,动力站、试飞试车、锻压和机加为重点碳排放工序。对41家生产企业碳排放数据开展调研,其中9家企业年碳排放总量大于5万吨CO2,且碳强度超过调研单位的均值,认为该9家企业碳减排潜力较大,应作为参与碳交易的重点关注企业。

Analysis on carbon emission features and reduction potentials in aviation industry of China
Abstract:In response to the construction of a national carbon market, the paper analyses carbon emission features in aviation industry from the perspectives of industrial sector and working procedure. In addition, the carbon emission reduction potentials are studied based on carbon emission and carbon intensity data. The research shows that the carbon emission of machinery manufacturing in AVIC is greater than other industries and the carbon intensity is higher than the industry standard, with the reduction potential of 42.04%~61.36%. In the production process, the power station, flight test, forging and machining are the major emission stages. With high emission reduction potential, 9 companies merit special attention in participate in carbon trading.
