高阶变性巴斯噶蜗线非圆齿轮若干问题研究

摘要:建立了高阶变性巴斯噶蜗线齿轮及其共轭非圆齿轮的节曲线表达模型;采用数值计算方法计算巴斯噶蜗线齿轮传动的中心距;建立了变性高阶巴斯噶蜗线非圆齿轮副凹凸性判别模型;分析了高阶变性巴斯噶蜗线齿轮的重合度影响因素。利用Matlab编写了可视化的巴斯噶蜗线齿轮传动的设计仿真软件。可根据用户的输入条件计算其传动比、压力角、凹凸性、中心距,给出节曲线并进行运动模拟,并通过实例验证了软件的实用性。

Study on Several Problems of High-Order Deformed Pascal Snail Line Non-circular Gears
Abstract:High-order deformed Pascal snail line non-circular gear was deduced and its conjugate non-circular gear pitch curve expression model was established; the numerical method was used to calculate high-order deformed Pascal snail line non-circular gear center distance; the concavity distinguished conditions referred to pitch curves of driving gear and driven gear were deduced; Spiral gear's contact ratio influence factors were analyzed; Using Matlab software to write the high-order deformed Pascal snail line non-circular gear drive design of simulation visualization software.According to the user's input conditions of calculating the transmission ratio, pressure Angle and contact ratio, concave and convex, center distance, the pitch curve for motion simulation is given, and proved the practicability of the software through an example.
