重金属Hg、Cd对黑三棱保护酶活性及MDA积累的影响

摘要:目的:探讨水生药用植物黑三棱防御重金属伤害和耐重金属胁迫的机理。方法:用不同浓度的Hg2+、Cd2+(0,1,5,10,50,100 mgoKg-1)处理水生药用植物黑三棱,研究其保护酶系统SOD、POD和CAT酶的活性及MDA积累的变化。结果:低浓度Hg2+、Cd2+胁迫下SOD、POD和CAT酶活性及MDA含量升高,而高浓度下酶活性及MDA含量降低。结论:随重金属离子Hg2+、Cd2+胁迫强度的不同,黑三棱的保护酶活性水平也不相同,低浓度胁迫下表现出一定的抗逆性,高浓度胁迫下却表现为抑制,黑三棱自我调节保护酶活性来适应金属胁迫的能力是有限的。Hg2+、Cd2+浓度小于10 mgoKg-1时,黑三棱对重金属表现出较强的耐性。

Effects of heavy metal Hg、Cd on protection enzyme activity and MDA accumulation of Sparganium stoloniferum
Abstract:Objective: Explore the mechanism of aquatic medicinal plant Sparganium stoloniferum Buch.-Ham. defense against the harm of heavy metals and the resistance to heavy metal stress.Methods: To study the protective enzyme system of SOD, POD and CAT enzyme activity and the change of MDA accumulation, six concentrations of Hg2+、Cd2+ ranging from 0 to 100 mgoKg-1 processe the medicinal plant of S. stoloniferum. Results: SOD,POD,CAT and MDA show some resistance under low concentrations, while show inhibition under high concentrations. Conclusion: Conclusion: With Hg2 + and Cd2 + stress intensity is different, the protective enzyme activity level of S. stoloniferum. is not the same. Under low concentrations, show some resistance, while under high concentrations show inhibition. Experiment shows that the ability of self-adjusting to adapt to the stress of metal of S. stoloniferum. is limited. While the concentrations less than 10 mgoKg-1, S. stoloniferum. showed fairly strong tolerance to Hg2 +, Cd2 +.
