织构化粗糙表面的磨合性能试验研究

摘要:为了考察初始表面粗糙度和表面织构参数对磨合性能的影响规律,开展了特定工况参数下5种不同初始粗糙度参数及6种微孔直径条件下的30组磨合试验研究。结果表明:结合合适的初始粗糙度和表面织构能够有效改善磨合质量;随着初始表面粗糙度的增大,表面织构提高磨合性能的效果开始逐渐显现;而且初始表面粗糙度越大,其对应的最优微孔直径也越大;随着微孔直径的增大,其对应的最优初始表面粗糙度逐渐增大。研究结果可为摩擦副的表面设计提供参考。

Abstract:To investigate the influence of initial surface roughness and surface texture on running-in property, 30 couple surfaces with five different surface roughness and six dimple diameters under given condition were carried out in this paper. The results show that: the running-in quality can be improved effectively through a combination of initial surface roughness and surface texture with the right size. With the increase of initial surface roughness, the effects of surface roughness are starting to show gradually. And the larger the initial surface roughness, the larger the optimal dimple diameter becomes. As with the increasing of dimple diameter, the corresponding optimal initial surface roughness increases. The findings could provide references for the design of surface.
