静电纺丝法制备纳米纤维光催化剂的研究进展

摘要:光催化技术的核心是开发高效稳定和易回收的光催化剂。静电纺丝法制备的纳米结构纤维光催化剂比表面积大,光催化活性高,同时材料宏观呈布状易于回收,因此该方法成为近年来科研工作者的研究热点。本文从物质分类的角度总结了静电纺丝法制备的多种光催化剂,如TiO2基纳米纤维以及ZnO、Bi2O3等新颖的金属氧化物基纳米纤维,并讨论了装置构型和合成参数等对这些纤维光催化剂在光催化降解有机污染物方面性能的影响。最后指出了静电纺丝法在制备光催化材料方面面临的技术挑战和发展方向。

Research process on electrospinning nano-photocatalysts
Abstract:A prerequisite for the development of photocatalysis application is to gain access to excellent photocatalysts. In recent years, electrospinning has received tremendous attention since the nanofiber photocatalysts prepared by electrospinning method have large specific surface area, high photocatalytic activities and recycling possibilities. This review attempts to summarize the recent progress of the synthesis of nanofiber photocatalysts by electrospinning method such as TiO2-based nanofibers and novel metal oxide based nanofibers. The photocatalytic properties of these nanofiber photocatalysts are also discussed in relation to the environmental applications, espcially to the degradation of pollutants. Lastly, this review ends with a summary and some perspectives on the challenges and new directions in this exciting and still emerging area of research.
