基于AVL-BOOST的某二冲程汽油机气口关键参数的优化

摘要:二冲程汽油机的气口参数对于提高燃油效率具有重要的作用,得到越来越多的关注。首先通过CATIA5.0建立某型二冲程汽油机的三维模型,对其气口的关键参数进行分析,然后基于气口参数中值法检验原有气口参数的合理性,同时利用AVL_BOOST软件对改进前后汽油机建立计算模型来进行分析比较,并通过发动机台架实验验证模型的有效性,继而提出合理的气口关键参数改进方案,气口优化后原型机的有效功率提高了4.2%,燃油消耗率降低了5.27%,发动机整机性能得到了极大的提高。

Optimization of a two-stroke gasoline engine ports of key parameters based on AVL-BOOST
Abstract:Port parameters for the two-stroke gasoline engine to improve fuel efficiency has an important role to get a lot of attention. This paper established a certain-type three-dimensional model of two-stroke gasoline engine using CATIA5.0 firstly, then analyzing the key parameters of the gas ports, inspecting its rationality based on the main parameters value method of two-stroke gasoline engine air intake ,at same time setted up its calculation model by the way of AVL_BOOST, whose validity was verified via engine bench test results, finally putting forward reasonable parameter values and specific improvement programs. After optimization, effective power increased 4.2%, meanwhile fuel consumption was reduced by 5.27%.
