某二冲程汽油机气口1D-3D耦合数值模拟研究

摘要:二冲程汽油机的气口参数对于提高燃油效率具有重要的作用,得到越来越多的关注。首先通过CATIA5.0建立某型二冲程汽油机的三维模型,对其气口的关键参数进行分析,然后采用1D-3D耦合法分析该型发动机气口的气流流动状况,该方法兼顾了气口的动态效应和三维结构对气口气流的影响,最后基于1D-3D耦合分析理论,采用AVL公司的热力学分析软件BOOST和流体分析软件FIRE进行分析,结果对原型机气口参数的优化具有重要的工程指导意义。。

Study of 1D-3D Coupling Numerical Simulation of A Two-stroke Gasoline Engine Air Ports
Abstract:Port parameters for the two-stroke gasoline engine to improve fuel efficiency have an important role to get a lot of attention. This paper established a certain-type three-dimensional model of two-stroke gasoline engine using CATIA5.0 firstly, and then analyzing the key parameters of the gas ports and air flow condition by the method of 1D-3D coupling, which adopted thermodynamic analysis software BOOST and fluid analysis software FIRE supplied by AVL Company. In the model, not only the dynamic effect but also the 3D structural effect of the airflow are considered. The result of the analysis is helpful for optimization of key port parameters of the prototype.
