碱蓬提取物抑菌和抗氧化作用研究

摘要:目的:研究碱蓬提取物是否对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、沙氏门杆菌、土壤农杆菌有抑菌活性,是否对羟自由基有清除活性。方法:以碱蓬为原料,经过剪碎干燥,粉碎,超声,过滤蒸发,得到碱蓬提取物,采用滤纸片法,测量金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、沙氏门杆菌、土壤农杆菌的抑菌圈大小,并计算抑菌率;采用吸光度法计算碱蓬提取物对羟自由基的清除率。结果:碱蓬提取物对四种细菌均呈现良好的抑菌活性,最佳抑菌浓度为40 mg/mL;碱蓬提取物浓度为8.0 mg/mL时,对羟自由基的清除率最大,其中正丁醇提取物抗氧化效果最强,其清除率为44.67 %。结论:碱蓬提取物对四种细菌具有显著的抑菌效果,并对羟自由基有一定的清除率。

Study of Antibacterial and Antioxidative Activitives of the Suaeda extracts
Abstract:Aim: To investigate the antibacterial activities of the suaeda extracts on staphylococcus, E. Coli, Salmonella, agrobacterium, and the scavenging activity of o OH. Method: Taking the suaeda as raw materials, through the cut up and dry , grinding, anhydrous ethanol ultrasonic extraction,filter evaporation , get suaeda extracts ,The filter paper was used to measure the inhibition zone of staphylococcus, E. Coli, Salmonella, agrobacterium, and then computed the inhibition ratio, The absorbance method was used to calculate the scavenging effects Result:Suaeda extracts had a good antibacterial activities on four kinds of bacterias with optimum inhibitory concentration at 40 mg/mL. When at the concentration of 8.0 mg/mL, Suaeda extracts had the maximum clearance rate of oOH. N-butanol extract had the best antioxidaut effects,clearance rate was 44.67 %. Conclusion: Suaeda extracts have a significantly antibacterial activities on staphylococcus, E. Coli, Salmonella, agrobacterium, and have a certain clearance abilities of o OH.
