技术进步对区域碳排放效率的影响

摘要:本文在讨论碳排放效率定义基础上立足于生产投入的角度,基于BC -DEA模型计算区域碳排放效率碳排放效率并进行空间分析,应用Malmquist指数法将1999-2010年的中国各省份的技术进步分解为科技进步指数、纯技术效率指数和规模效率指数,然后使用面板模型分三大区域分析技术进步各要素对区域碳排放效率的影响。结果表明:纯技术效率和规模效率是区域碳排放效率提高的主要动力,而科技进步对区域碳排放效率改善的贡献有限;三大区域中,东部和西部的科技进步对区域碳排放效率的贡献程度要好于中部,而纯技术效率和规模效率贡献程度,东部和中部要大于西部。

Technology Progress to Regional Carbon Emission Efficiency
Abstract:In this paper carbon emission efficiency index is expressed carbon emission efficiency which based on BC -DEA model, and technology progress of every province during 1999-2010 is decomposed of scientific and technological progress index, pure technology efficiency index and scale efficiency index based on DEA Malmquist index method. Then the authors use panel date model to analyze the effect of all decomposition factors of technology progress to energy efficiency in three regions. The empirical results are shown as follows: the promotion of pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency play a critical role and the contribution of technological progress is limited. Among three regions, the contribution degree of carbon emission efficiency from technology progress in Eastern China and Western China is larger than Central China,and this contribution degree from pure technology efficiency and scale efficiency in Eastern China and Central China is larger than Western China.
