基于改进差分进化算法的电网优化购入电量研究

摘要:电网从多个发电厂购入需求电量,需综合考虑发电厂的上网电价、线损、发电能力和输电容量约束等因素。本文以购电总成本最小为目标,以供需平衡、发电能力和输电容量为约束建立了电网优化购入电量模型,提出并运用改进差分进化算法求解该非连续变量的最优化问题,得到了全局最优解。数值仿真结果表明,本文提出的改进的分进化算法能有效求解电网优化购电问题,节约购电成本,具有广泛的实际应用价值。

Power purchase cost optimization based on improved differential evolution algorithm
Abstract:The price, line loss rate, generation and transfer capability should be considered synthetically when the particular power were purchased by grid company. The power purchase model is established targeting on minimum purchase cost, considering the supply and demand, generation and transfer capability as constraints. An improved differential evolution algorithm is proposed and employed to this kind of non-continuous optimization problem and yields the global optimum solution. The numerical results show that the proposed algorithm can solve the optimization problem of power purchase and saves the cost of power purchase. It has widely practical value of application
