电阻分压器交流高压测量不确定度分析

摘要:为全面分析电阻分压器交流高压测量的不确定度,建立分布参数的电路模型,分析了分压器本体影响,并使用基于PSpice的仿真对其进行验证,同时采用基于Ansoft Maxwell的有限元分析方法建立多种模型,对环境因素与外界电磁分布因素等其它因素造成的测量不确定度进行了数值计算。结果表明,分压器本体分布参数是影响测量不确定度的主要因素,而环境温度与外界电磁分布等的变化也是不可忽略的影响因素。

Analysis of uncertainties in AC high voltage measurements with resistance divider
Abstract:In order to study uncertainties in AC high voltage measurements with resistance divider comprehensively, the circuit model with distributed parameters is set up to analyze the influence of the main body of the divider. The analysis results are verified by means of PSpice program. In addition, various models based on the Finite Element Analysis of Ansoft Maxwell are established to analyze uncertainties of measurements considering environmental factors, external electromagnetic distribution and other factors. The results show that the distributed parameter of the divider's main body is the major influencing factor of the uncertainties of measurements. The variations of environmental temperature and external electromagnetic distribution are non-negligible influencing factors.
