基于改进Preisach理论的新型电力变压器铁心磁滞特性研究

摘要:具有直流偏磁抑制功能的新型电力变压器铁心材料由普通硅钢片和两相复合磁性材料组成。本文基于改进的Preisach模型理论对两相复合磁性材料建立磁滞模型,计算其磁滞特性和变化磁场下的磁化轨迹,通过计算得到了新型电力变压器中两相磁性材料的磁特性与偏磁电流值之间的关系,实现了对直流偏磁的自动抑制。计算和实验结果证明了基于改进Preisach理论磁滞模型的正确性,为变压器铁心磁特性计算提供了简单准确的方法,为两相磁性材料的深入和应用奠定了基础。

Study on hysteresis characteristic of the new type power transformer core based on improved Preisach theory
Abstract:Core of the new type power transformer, which has the function of DC bias suppression, is consist of silicon steel sheet and the two-phase coupled magnetic material. This paper establishes hysteresis model for two-phase coupled magnetic material and calculates the hysteresis characteristics and magnetization trajectory under changing magnetic field based on improved Preisach model theory. Relationship between hysteresis characteristics of two-phase coupled magnetic material and current value of DC bias is achieved, which enable the new type power transformer to suppress DC bias automatically. Calculation and experiment results prove the correctness of hysteresis model based on Preisach theory, which provides appropriate method for hysteresis characteristics study of transformer core and lays the foundation for extensive application the two-phase coupled magnetic material.
