无砟轨道TQI关键参数对高速列车运营状态的影响

摘要:轨道不平顺会增大轮轨相互作用,降低旅客乘坐的舒适性,严重时甚至危及行车安全。应用车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论及多体动力学软件SIMPACK,建立高速车辆-无砟轨道空间耦合动力学模型。通过改变轨道不平顺波长和幅值,分析无砟轨道TQI关键参数与高速行车动力学指标的关系。研究表明:列车动力响应随着单一不平顺波长的增大而减小,随着不平顺幅值的增大而增大;相对而言,高低、水平、轨向、扭曲不平顺对列车的动力响应有较大影响,轨距不平顺对列车动力响应影响较小。

Influence of TQI key Parameters of Ballastless Track on High-speed Train Driving Status
Abstract:Track irregularity can increase the interaction between wheel and rail and decrease the cosy extent for passengers, and it even will endanger the safety of driving when track irregularity is serious. By means of the vehicle-track coupled dynamics theory and the multi-body dynamics software SIMPACK, a vehicle-ballastless track spatially coupled dynamic model is established. By changing the wavelength and amplitude of track irregularity,the relationship between TQI key parameters of ballastless track and high-speed driving dynamics indicators is researched. The result shows that: Vehicle dynamic responses decrease with the raising of single irregularity wavelength, and increase with the raising of irregularity amplitude; Relatively speaking, vertical profile irregularity, cross-level irregularity, alignment irregularity and torsion irregularity have great influence on vehicle dynamic response, while gauge irregularity has little effect on vehicle dynamic response.
