基于GC-MS的迟缓爱德华氏菌EIB202代谢组学的研究

摘要:通过气相色谱-质谱技术(GC-MS)分析迟缓爱德华氏菌EIB202中的内源代谢物,并对这些代谢物进行分类和通路富集。结果表明,所检测到的代谢物可以分为四类:氨基酸类、碳水化合物类、脂类和核苷酸类,分别占总代谢物的34.33%,41.79%,17.91%和5.97%。通过MetaboAnalyst 2.0分析发现,67种代谢物共富集到49条代谢通路,其中显著富集的有12条通路。这些通路可能在迟缓爱德华氏菌EIB202的代谢网络中起重要作用。

GC-MS based metabolic analysis of Edwardsiella tarda EIB202
Abstract:In this paper, we analyze the metabolites in Edwardsiella tarda EIB202 by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). These metabolites are used for classification and pathway enrichment. The category showed that 34.33%, 41.79%, 17.91% and 5.97% of metabolites belonged to amino acids, carbohydrates, lipids and nucleotides, respectively. Forty-nine pathways were enriched by MetaboAnalyst 2.0 which including twelve significant enrichment pathways and we infer that these significant enrichment pathways playing a key role in metabolic network to Edwardsiella tarda EIB202.
