化学刻蚀法快速制备铝基疏水表面

摘要:本文采用简单的化学刻蚀和表面改性相结合的方法制备出Al基超疏水表面。通过氯化铜的水溶液对Al基表面进行刻蚀,使Al基表面具备了粗糙的微细结构,随后用硬脂酸对表面进行改性处理,得到疏水表面,接触角可达到147 。简要概述了刻蚀的基本过程和反应机制,阐述了浓度,反应时间对表面微观形貌的影响。

Ultrafast Fabrication of Superhydrophobic Surfaces on Al Substrates by Chemical Etching
Abstract:The present reports a simple method to fabricate rough structures of Al sheets by chemical etching and surface modification. The Al sheets were firstly etched by the aqueous CuCl2 solutions to fabricate rough structures and then modified by the stearic acid to create superhydrophobic surfaces with a 147 contact angles. We give a simply overview that the general process and reaction mechanism of etching process and describe the variation in the microstructure of Al substrates with the concentration and reaction times.
