枣皮纤维素的制备及应用

摘要:枣皮富含天然纤维素,枣皮纤维素应用有一定的经济和生态效益。本文以枣皮为原料,经1%NaOH预处理、脱蜡脂、除果胶、除半纤维素后微波辐射加热除去木质素得到枣皮纤维素。用蒽酮比色法进行纤维素含量测定,并对枣皮纤维素进行性能检测,同时进行硝酸纤维素的制备。结果显示,样品纤维素与微晶纤维素相比较,颜色微黄;样品纤维素含量较丰富(2.2%),性能检测其不溶于水及一般的有机溶剂,但易溶于强酸强碱;样品纤维素与70%H2SO4的水解产物发生银镜反应,与斐林试剂反应生成砖红色沉淀;制备的硝酸纤维素可燃性较好,但见日光后颜色会变蓝。结论,本文提取枣皮纤维素的方法简单,易操作,且提取率较高。硝酸纤维素具有较好的应用前景。
