一种高炉炉壁三维温度场数据融合软测量方法

摘要:本文针对高炉炉壁上测温热电偶故障多、监测点离散问题,提出一种带有故障诊断的数据驱动高炉炉壁三维温度场重建方法。首先,通过对炉壁温度分布的机理分析,对炉壁上不同区域进行状态划分,建立炉壁温度分布状态空间模型;其次,根据所建立的状态空间模型,提出基于灰色理论的多传感器可信度决策方法;最后,根据炉壁上温度传递的特点,采用三次样条插值对炉壁上的温度分布进行曲面拟合,得到炉壁的三维温度场分布。仿真结果表明该方法能够准确的识别故障传感器并且能直观的还原炉壁三维温度场,采用该方法能够帮助现场的操作人员掌握炉壁的温度分布状况,指导高炉操作。

A Method of 3D Temperature Field in Blast Furnace Wall based on Multi-sensor Data Fusion
Abstract:For the comprehensiveness and lifelikeness of the detecting temperature field in blast furnace (BF) wall, a molding method which can rebuild the temperature field on blast furnace is proposed in this paper. Firstly, we build the state space model of temperature field based on mechanism analysis of temperature distribution in BF wall. Then, a new multi-sensor decision fusion rule is proposed through the grey theory. Thirdly, we use cubic spline interpolation to fit the temperature field in the walls according to the heat transfer theory. Finally, the validity and practicability of the proposed method is verified by the simulation. The proposed method can diagnose the sensor fault and rebuild the visualized 3D temperature field on BF walls. And it provides an effective detection to guide the operation of furnace burdening which can ensure the BF steadily running.
