预紧式容错六维力传感器故障诊断与模型重构

摘要:针对一种预紧式容错六维力传感器测量模型、故障诊断、故障分支识别、模型重构进行深入分析与研究。预紧式容错六维力传感器与传统Stewart结构六维力传感器相比具有自容错特性。首先基于螺旋理论和变形协调关系,建立了预紧式容错六维力传感器无故障和信号故障时的测量模型;在此基础上,基于传感器一阶静力影响系数唯一确定性,提出一种传感器故障判定方法;分析总结预紧式容错六维力传感器故障分支识别方法,并用实验验证了此方法的可行性;进一步提出了传感器模型重构的思想,并基于Labview软件,编写出故障分支判定程序及模型重构程序。研究内容对容错六维力传感器的开发,特别是预紧式容错六维力传感器的实际应用具有重要的意义。

Fault diagnosis and reconstruction model of pre-stressed fault-tolerant six-axis force sensor
Abstract:Aimed at one pre-stressed fault-tolerant six-axis force sensor, measurement model, fault diagnosis, fault branch identification, and reconstruction model are thoroughly analyzed and researched. Compared with the traditional Stewart structure six-axis force sensor, the pre-stressed fault-tolerant six-axis force sensor has the property of the fault-tolerant. With screw theory and deformation coordination, the mathematic models including fault-free mathematic model and signal fault mathematic model are established. On this basis, a method for fault diagnosis is proposed according the uniqueness of jacobian matrix; The method of fault branch identification for pre-stressed fault-tolerant six-axis force sensor is got and verified by experiments. Moreover, reconstruction idea for sensor is put forward. With the Labview, the program of fault diagnosis and reconstruction model are designed.The research lays a theoretical and experimental foundation for the application of the fault-tolerant six-axis force sensor.
