空间机械臂关节用3K行星传动系统动力学响应特性研究

摘要:考虑啮合刚度、阻尼等因素,建立了3K-I型行星传动系统的动力学计算模型。采用4-5阶自适应Runge-Kutta数值积分方法,从时域和频域两个方面对系统的响应特性进行了深入的分析,为此类系统的设计和实验提供了依据。

Research on dynamic response of 3K planetary gear system used in space manipulator
Abstract:The dynamic model of 3K-I planetary gear train with mesh stiffness and damping is constructed by using lumped parameter model under the fixed coordinate system. Numerical method on the system non-dimensional kinetic equation is solved, the nonlinear dynamic characteristics have been studied through the time domain response and frequency domain characteristic curve which provide a basis for the design and experiments of such systems.
